What is the procedure to submit my abstract for oral presentation?
· All abstracts must be written exclusively in English
· Abstracts must be submitted on the understanding that they have not been presented elsewhere (except in the form of a thesis) and are not currently under consideration by another conference. The submitting speaker should ensure that the abstract publication has been approved by all other co-authors.

Will my speech time selected by myself or it will be assigned to me?
Jacobs Conferences will assign you the time, date and Conference hall location for your speech and will notify you once all assignments have been determined.
When should I arrive at the event
We encourage all our speakers to attend from beginning of the conference. Many of our delegates might have seen your name in our Scientific program and wants to meet you. If this is not possible, we recommend you to arrive at least an hour before the commencement of your speech and preferably during a break in the program. This will allow you to go through your slides with our AV technician.
What is the dress code
The dress code at all our events is business/casual. Speakers often choose smart business attire, but we leave it to the individual to decide.
What if I need to cancel the registration?
If you would like to cancel your commitment to speak at Jacobs Conferences, we kindly request you to provide a replacement speaker who can speak on the same/relevant topic with prior intimation.
Jacobs Conferences make travel arrangements for speakers?
We provide you invitation letter to support your visa application.
Will I have access to the Internet
Wi-Fi will be provided inside the conference hall.
How long the Presentation timing will be
You will have 25 – 30 minutes of presentation (excluding Q&A).

What is included in the Registration Fee?
The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions and exhibits. When you check-in at the registration desk, you will receive a delegate bag, which includes copies of the conference program, your name tag, and other relevant information. The registration fee also covers access to a morning coffee break and an afternoon coffee break on all two full days of the conference. If you have been accepted to a pre-conference workshop, food for the pre-conference day will also be included in your fees.
What is your cancellation policy?
Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs-
Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund less $100 service Fee
Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund
Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund
E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.
How can we get the visa to attend the conference?
You need to apply for visa interview to book the slot. And you will be allotted with a date. And you have to attend the visa interview on the same date with necessary documents.
What is the dimension of the poster?
Each poster should be approximately 1×1 M long
Who will judge the posters and when will be the Best poster awards announced
Judgment will be done by Board of Jury and best poster awards will be announced at the closing ceremony of the conference.
