Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to email@example.com If Jacobs Group cancels or postpones this event for any reason you will receive a credit for 100% registration fee paid. If you cannot attend the Conference, you may transfer your registration to another attendee in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Details must be included with the full name of replacement person, their title, contact number and email address.
If the registrant is unable to attend the event, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:
- If the cancellation made before 90 days of the conference, Conference registrants will get full Refund less $100 service Fee.
- If the cancellation made before 60-30 days of the conference, Conference registrants will get the refund of 50% of payment.
- Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund
Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of Jacobs Group, including the inability to obtain a visa. The Registration office will send an official letter of invitation upon request, after the registration and payment is complete.
If you need to obtain a visa, please apply 3 months in advance of your visit.
